Colossal Biosciences, famous for its efforts to revive extinct species, has launched the Colossal Foundation to support living species conservation. A $1.5 million grant to the University of Melbourne will fund genomic research and gene-editing tools to help endangered Australian birds adapt to environmental changes and resist extinction.
