DTCC Turns Tokenization Into Reality With Live U.S. Securities Trades

DeFiance Daily – DTCC has successfully processed live trades using tokenized versions of securities held at The Depository Trust Company, marking one of the biggest real-world tokenization milestones to date. The achievement paves the way for the launch of DTCC’s Tokenization Service this October and signals that blockchain infrastructure is moving into mainstream finance.
