Oklo Acquires Atomic Alchemy to Strengthen U.S. Radioisotope Production – Draper Decentralized – 3.12.25

Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) has completed the acquisition of Atomic Alchemy, a leader in radioisotope production, in a $25 million all-stock transaction. The move expands Oklo’s capabilities in nuclear fuel recycling and energy, establishing a domestic supply chain for critical radioisotopes used in healthcare, defense, and semiconductors.
