Ripple Applies for U.S. Bank Charter, Eyes Fed Access and Stablecoin Legitimacy

DeFiance Daily – Ripple has officially filed for a national bank charter in the U.S., marking a bold step toward embedding crypto infrastructure within the heart of traditional finance. CEO Brad Garlinghouse confirmed the move on social media, alongside the company’s application for a Federal Reserve master account to hold reserves for its RLUSD stablecoin.
