SEC Charges Consensys with Unregistered Securities Sales and Broker Operations

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged Consensys Software Inc. with the unregistered offer and sale of securities through its MetaMask Staking service and for operating as an unregistered broker through MetaMask Staking and MetaMask Swaps.
