SEC Drops Aiding and Abetting Claims Against Ripple’s CEO and Chairman in XRP Lawsuit – Defiance Daily – 10.20.23

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission  has dropped claims that Ripple’s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, and Executive Chairman, Chris Larsen, aided and abetted the company in violating federal securities laws in its XRP transactions. This decision has led to the cancellation of a trial scheduled for next year, marking another victory for Ripple in the SEC’s ongoing legal battle against the cryptocurrency company.
