Women Leading the Future of Robotics Honored at MassRobotics Gala robotics innovation

DeFiance Daily – The 3rd Annual Women in Robotics Medal Gala lit up Boston last week as MassRobotics honored two trailblazing women advancing the frontiers of robotics: Professor Tania Morimoto of UC San Diego and Professor Maja Matarić of the University of Southern California. The event, supported by Amazon Robotics and the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, celebrated innovation, mentorship, and the growing impact of women in a field where they make up just 19% of the workforce.
