MightyFly, a San Leandro-based company pioneering autonomous cargo aircraft for expedited logistics, has achieved a significant regulatory milestone. On April 30th, 2024, MightyFly announced it had secured approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to commence A-to-B flight testing, marking the first large autonomous cargo electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) company to reach this milestone in the United States.
