California DMV Digitizes 42 Million Car Titles with Blockchain Technology

California’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has taken a pioneering step by digitizing 42 million car titles using blockchain technology. This initiative, in collaboration with tech company Oxhead Alpha and Ava Labs’ Avalanche blockchain, aims to detect fraud and simplify the title transfer process for over 39 million residents in the state.
