Rep. Warren Davidson: We MUST Protect Self-Custody | 2025 Bitcoin Policy Summit

Rep. Warren Davidson is a U.S. Congressman from Ohio and a leading voice on digital asset policy, serving on the House Financial Services Committee. Joe Kelly is the co-founder and CEO of Unchained, a Bitcoin financial services platform focused on multisig custody and lending. Avik Roy is the President of the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity (FREOPP) and a policy analyst focused on healthcare, economics, and technology. The three joined us at the 2025 Bitcoin Policy Summit for a panel, titled “Protecting Self-Custody Through Software and the Law.”
