The Securities and Exchange Commission has brought charges against Xue Lee, also known as Sam Lee, and Brenda Chunga, also known as Bitcoin Beautee, for their involvement in an fraudulent crypto asset pyramid scheme called HyperFund. This scheme amassed over $1.7 billion from investors worldwide.
