SEC Files Lawsuit Against Kraken – DeFiance Daily – 11.21.23

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, alleging violations of federal securities laws. The SEC claims Kraken commingled customer and corporate funds, posing a “significant risk” by mixing up to $33 billion in customer crypto with its own assets.
